Tamari Tempeh Gado Gado

Tamari Tempeh Gado Gado is basically an asian inspired buddha bowl brought together with a spicy Korean chilli sauce known as gochujang.

I made my own chilli sauce using:

-dried chilli flakes

-tomato puree

-sriracha sauce

-salt

-black pepper

-garlic

-Apple Cider Vinegar

-some fruit syrups

It is easy to do and super tasty!


For the smoky Tempeh:

I pan-fried strips of chickpea tempeh with:

-coconut oil

-Tamari

-syrup

– garlic


Plus, I topped it with black pepper cashews.
Also, in the bowl I’ve added buckwheat, cucumber, carrot ribbons, aubergine rounds, edamame beans, spring onion and massaged kale.
