Delivery is free on all orders above £15, and £5.95 for all other UK orders.
We are currently using Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for Delivery which is estimated to deliver 3-5 days working days after dispatch.
UK destinations for Royal Mail include England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & BFPO.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country – any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We do fill in customs declaration forms for orders from these destinations.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or items lost or damaged once dispatched, either in the UK or to overseas locations.
If you have not received your order within 15 working days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Sometimes your order will be waiting in your local post office and you have not received a ‘while you were out’ card.
Please Note: Royal Mail does not consider a package lost until 25 working days after the dispatch date. We will not be able to claim for a lost packet until after this time. Packages lost by Royal Mail will be refunded or replaced after 25 working days from the date we posted your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged by Royal Mail, but we will do all that we can to help you.
We cannot be held responsible for any orders sent to an address incorrectly provided to us by the customer. All addresses are printed as they have been entered in the online account/checkout form, so please double check them before payment. Any orders that have not been called for or have not been able to reach their destination will be returned to our head office. Please bear in mind that we DO NOT take any information at all from PayPal- and so all information must be entered by you on your account page.
We will contact you if your order has been returned to us, at which time we will ask if you wish for the parcel to be sent out to you again. A reposting fee will apply. If you no longer wish for the order, we will refund you for the value of the order, excluding original postage costs.
You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of boxes.
It is your responsibility to report all lost or undelivered boxes online within 7 days of the expected day of delivery.
If you are out when it is delivered, your postal carrier should leave a card at the address with information about collection or re-delivery. The postage provider will hold the box for 18 days (international shipping may vary) before returning it to us and it is your responsibility to contact them to arrange receipt of the box as soon as you can.
Due to the perishable and personalised nature of our products, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing the box if this process has not been followed.
If you change address, you must update us at email@example.com to ensure that boxes are not sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done in time to take effect before you move as you will not be refunded or credited for any boxes posted to the wrong location.

Where a box is first reported as lost, a credit for half the price of the box is given as the box may still turn up. If the box is reported again as having not arrived, the remainder of the credit for that box will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel your account with us if it becomes apparent that, in our sole opinion, the postal service in your area is too unreliable.
If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods by recorded delivery to:

and the product will be inspected. If we request return by recorded delivery then we will pay for the cost of the postage on provision of the postage receipt. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
If you place an order for multiple one-off products, please be aware that they will still be sent via your nice local postal postie as separate parcels and may be subject to delays. We therefore cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day and will not be held liable for delays outside of our control.
Cancellation must be by the website www.chikas.co.uk. You remain responsible for ensuring that any such change or cancellation is not only transmitted by you, but received by us, in time for the deadline.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, for any or no reason whatsoever. One reason that we may do so is if we believe that you are in breach of any obligation under these Terms and Conditions.
Due to the perishable nature of the goods we deliver, you do not have the right to cancel an order for the purchase of a box under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
