
Ingredients:
4 heaped tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 heaped tablespoons mayonnaise
½ - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (to taste)
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Pinch of salt
Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Method:
- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, finely chopped garlic, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix gently with a spoon until all ingredients are well incorporated. Avoid using a blender to preserve the dip’s texture.
- Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours to allow the flavours to blend.
